You hereby represent and warrant to TIM.Store that you are over the age of 18. You also represent and warrant to TIM.Store that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, as well as to enter into a contract for the purchase of the Site.

4. LOSS OF USER ID OR PASSWORD

You are responsible for keeping your confidential user ID and password secure. You may not share your user ID or password with any other party. You understand that you will be liable for any unauthorized use of the Site or purchase resulting from any use of your user ID or password by any other party.

5. PASSWORD SHARING

A user cannot login to the website on more than one computer at a time. Users can login from up to 3 IP addresses within 60 minutes. When a user is simultaneously logged in from more than one device, their account will be locked for 20 minutes. Password sharing may result in account termination without refund.

6. MAINTENANCE OF ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS

You agree at all times to maintain an active email address. You agree to receive email announcements that may contain SEXUALLY EXPLICIT content from TIM.Store. You understand that TIM.Storep may terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, in the event that your email address becomes inactive.

TIM.Store may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access, at any time and without notice, to all or part of any of the Site or refuse to sell you any of the Products and Services for any or no reason, including, without limitation, your breach of these Terms of Use.

9. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold TIM.Store, its officers, directors, employees and its and their successors and assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

10. REPORTING ABUSE

If you think anyone is violating any of the Terms, please notify us immediately. If you think anyone has posted material that violates any protected or copyright materials then you can notify us at mailto:legal@TIM.Store.com.
